Returns and Exchanges

Each YellowDot is bespoke and handmade, therefore exchanges and refunds can only be offered on YellowDots that are damaged upon receipt.

If you do wish to return your YellowDot Chair for any reason, please email us at: yellowdotchairs@gmail.com stating your order number and reason for return (an attached image of any damage will help too).

All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense so we recommend using a recorded service.
